I have known Carissa Wright for many years personally, but to get the opportunity to work with her professionally and during our first home buying experience was nothing short of amazing. Carissa is one of the hardest working people I know, and despite the difficulties of buying a home in 2020 and 2021, she never took the pedal off the gas for us. Whether it was traveling far distances to meet us at house showings, taking us through every detail over the phone and answering all of our questions (we were still learning a lot in this new-to-us process), she was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt like we were apart of a team with Carissa, never pressured into any decision, but really having the opportunity to review all the facts as they came in, weigh the pros and cons, and make the best decision for our family.
