Extremely rude!! I called to simply ask a question and the lady who answered was very annoyed with me right from the beginning, kept interrupting me and hung up the phone as I was saying thank you and I appreciate her time.

I went as a high schooler to get silk screen work before , but my most recent visit i had 3 hats embroidered for my kids godfather. I was more then pleased with the work, and bob even through in the sample hat that was of a differnt color so i made out on a good deal for awesome work. Also the results of the gift being given to the Godfather was priceless moments i will cherish forever. Noah and Neko their Godfathers and myself give many special thanks to Bob and Carlene for their work. Great communication between Carlene and I made it more exciting for the finished product.
