I have had many many amazing shopping experiences here at this cute quaint San Clemente boutique. My wife always loves the unique jewelry I get for her from this shop. The lovely salespeople know me now, and have great suggestions, wrap my gift, and help to make this a quick and easy experience. I am a big "shop local" supporter, and this will continue to be my go to.

Be prepared to pay over 50% mark up on CBD!
I desperately needed a CBD tincture to calm my nerves and found it at this store. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind and they have good product selection but that doesn't excuse the 50% mark up.
The reason I know it's an over 50% mark up is that after I bought the tincture I got home and went online to find more products from that manufacturer and noticed that I could buy direct from them and realized I paid $84 at this place for one bottle and I could order it direct from the company for just $40- yes you read that right- this store charged me $84 plus tax for a product that I could have bought directly from the company for $40 🙁 Same size, same flavor, same manufacturer, free shipping from the manufacturer too.
I understand you have to make a profit, but marking it up over 50% is ridiculous. Shame on you!
This is inexcusable, I will never shop here again. And the perks of ordering directly from the manufacturer is they also emailed me coupons so it was even less expensive. Oh well, live and learn! So thankful for the internet! Do your research people, don't waste your hard earned money

Love this beautiful little shop! So many unique pieces of jewelry. Its rare these days to find so many in one shop! I am also obsessed with their bath products....makes me want to treat myself to a bubble bath.

I love CBD San Clemente Erba!!! I was feeling super stressed out because of everything that’s going on recently and needed something to calm me down. I called and asked if they were still open and they said that they were able to deliver my CBD order to my house safely - Within a short period of time they delivered and she was so lovely and caring. I love their products and this was more than I could have asked for, especially during this time!

Worst experience in a store EVER! There are some cute items but it does not make up for the extremely rude owner/sales person. Walked into the store this afternoon and there were only 2 other people and the store is pretty small in size. She did not even say hello or greet us when she walked in. She would follow people around in the store and stand in the way so you could not even look at the items in the store. She made you feel uncomfortable and completely unwelcome.

I realize that she probably does have a shoplifting problem which is probably why she was acting this way but being rude and following people is not a good solution. I will never step foot in this store again and will make sure that everyone I know does the same.

One star is definitely not deserved. I would recommend to never step foot in this store because of the horrible customer service.

I happened to drop in when I saw the CBD Asign in the window. The shop's name is Erba and they REALLY know their stuff. I listened to the sales lady educate a woman and I actually thanked the sales lady for the excellent seminar. If you want to learn about the advantages of CBD products, this is the place to go.
