I've been advertising in their yellow pages for over 30 years. I can't say that about any other company. This is the only book that has grown and become bigger through the years, while the others have all become irrelevant or are gone. That says a lot! My Rep., Chris Sun, is more of a brother to me than an Account Rep. He got my business over 30 years ago and is still my Rep. Yes, he is still my Rep and instead of faxing or emailing me renewal contracts to sign, he comes to visit me AT LEAST once, every year, for over 30 years. I've also met the company's owner through Chris, and have come to understand why they're so successful. There's many reasons I could list, from how they have treated me, to how they operate, professionalism, integrity, etc. But, it seems to me that it all comes down to "They understand that their business will only go up if they help my business go up." They, unlike almost every other company, never forget this. The other companies who focus only on the quick sale, and don't bother to be there for you in the long run, well, they're all out of business. The best proof I can offer why I trust and still believe in Chris and CCYP is that they still have my business! And I don't see any reason to change something when it's working. Other companies should study this place and learn why they're so successful!
