I've been trying to complete a project for over two years. Every couple of months I've gotten a new person to work with, which has made it difficult to complete the project. I've emailed them twice in the last couple of months without response. I've tried calling their phone number which doesn't work. At this point, I'm requesting to be refunded, but I'm not sure if I'm ever going to hear from them again. I'd hate to seek legal action but might have to.

Working with Citrus Animations has been an ongoing challenge. I want to work with them, but they seem to change the rules on a whim and communication is a major issue. There is a significant language barrier and Citrus Animations will change timelines and budgets whenever they feel the need. We had done 3 videos with them and I was hoping to have a long-term relationship with them. Unfortunately, the moment I spent more money with them upfront, the quality of service and urgency subsided. There are LOTS of animation companies that can do exactly what Citrus does and I would recommend looking for alternative solutions. The lack of empathy and customer support and/or response is astounding.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COoMPANY when I first started with citrous they were communicating with me everyday actually calling me everyday for my down payment of 1000 which I eventually sent to a PO Box and now I can not reach anyone that was like 2 months ago I sent them the money and now they have disappeared they were calling everyday until I sent the down payment then I never heard from them again I would never recommend this company please do not fall for this scam they are scammers I never received any video I’ve called on different numbers pretending to be a new person looking for a company but still no response PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS They will call you back every 6 months. Pretending like they did work and try to scam even more money out of you if I had a way to get them arrested or report them where they would really get in trouble. I would if anyone can help me, please. Do they even stole money from my church for that Non-existing video. Wish I did not have to give them the one star. But it won't post this review without it.

They took my money and disappeared also I just called them and it seems like this so called place is closed what a rip off. Didn't call nobody to send them their money back. Fake it till you make the quota and then fly away. I'm all sett with doing business with people on social media. The most I'll do is buy sum clothes or sneakers or cars parts. I'm all the way done💯

Citrus Animations has seemed to have stolen my money and is not responding to me at all. I have been beyond patient and keep getting moved to the back of the production pipeline. This my life's work and I hate that I trusted in a company who couldn't produce on keeping their word.

I have been working with citrus for six months on a one minute video and logo. Needed about 20 revisions because the team couldnt get the video in the order I mapped out perfectly clear in a word document in the beginning. Communication takes about a week for a response and have to send multiple emails to get any update. Do not go with this company.

WARNING - SCAM COMPANY! I wish I could give them a 1 star. Paid a deposit and then they ghosted us. I finally got on the phone with an individual working on their behalf and they refused to return my money, insisting that I pay another $600 to get started on the project. Stay away!
