I have had the most wonderful experience with building a website and customer service, that I must rave about this fabulous company.
I should begin by saying that I have been in business for 3 decades and have interviewed and used a number of companies in my time…but this company is really different and so outstanding that I am really driven to share my great experience…and have never done that before,
Click Happy is a company I “happened upon” online and like so many times before with others I called the company and spoke with a man I knew nothing about - by the name of Jonathan. He seemed sincerely interested in my company, what we were doing and how he could match his expertise to what I needed. After asking me some questions and continuing our conversation, I felt a different “vibe” that I never noticed before. He really has integrity! Amazing!
His integrity was so totally different from absolutely all the others (just call a few and you’ll immediately know what I mean) that I decided to use them. The site turned out great. The work was done quickly and his price was completely fair and realistic. If I came up with an idea for the site and Jonathan didn’t think it would be good for me, he patiently explained why and of course he turned out to be 100% correct. He made suggestions along the way and was so completely different and better than all the places before that I used before. He was patient and used his knowledge to create a website, a vehicle to better sell my product.
The thing most unique is that now that I have completed the site and paid for the job, this company STILL HAS INTEGRITY and cares about its customers. This is truly unusual in this world where everyone only cares about the “now” and “greed”. Click Happy is a business, yes no question, but understands the “old school” idea of “good business” and honesty.
Now, my husband needs a site that doesn’t have a shopping cart and I spoke to Jonathan about it and he already has offered a form that will help me bring out the important points and info for this new site.
I cannot say enough, especially in this day and age, about Click Happy and not only their integrity which, wow, its really hard to find today, and especially with a company you just “”happen upon” online, and how quickly they work and responsive they are. Truly a winner. I’m a “happy camper!!!” and a very happy customer!!!!
