We just used closet factory of San Carlos & our experience couldn’t have been any better. We had a custom bedroom closet done & our designer Brandon Kuhl was excellent, he spent so much time with us & listened to our needs. & budget. The installers were fast & efficient. We are very pleased!

I am not sure what processes they have in place, but whatever they have should be scrapped. This was the worst installation process ever. My Sales guy (Jess) was great: on time, respectful, honest and transparent. After that it went all downhill. The build was delayed because they were awaiting parts. Then when they came to install they didn't know the plan. Then the 2nd install team had to go home because they were missing parts. Finally the third install team finished. This was the worst! They were fortunate I gave them 2 stars because the work was actually very nice

I would give 10 stars for our designer Jeri Carpenter, we loved working with her, she is patient, answered all our questions and gave great design suggestions. Got his & her closets from them & they look great. They even took care of some faulty shelves even after money was paid in full. Great service and professional staff.

I highly recomend the Closet Factory!!! I had the pleasure of working with Jeri Carpenter in San Carlos CA. She was very accommodating during the entire process. My husband and I built a brand new home and needed four closets done. We had Chuy and Armando from the Closet Factory doing the installation in our custom built home. They were both very provisional and left no mess behind. It's always nice to know that the company you chose come through for you. No hassles, just a pleasure. I am attaching one of the first closets that was installed. Only three more to go but I know they will be just as beautiful as this one. Can't wait to see the Master Bedroom closet.

We recently hired these guys for an installation, and it was a disaster. The price is too high for the poor quality of work they deliver. There's zero communication. The team does one thing, but the paperwork says something else. They promised to finish in 2 days, but it’s been 45 days and it's still not done. They never inform you about delays, so you have to keep chasing them. Plus, their customer service, especially Irene, is rude and unprofessional. We regret choosing them and would never recommend them. If you want to be insulted and wait for months while constantly following up, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away from this company.

Terrible experience. They are hard to get a hold of and did a terrible install of my $8k closet and laundry room. I had to wait several months for their "qualified installers". Neither laundry nor closet is usable, and I'm now in my 3rd week of even scheduling someone to fix it. I don't think they will ever do it.

In the laundry, the countertop is crooked, and they made niches for outlets that were in the way. I can't even use those outlets now since the countertop is blocking the middle.

In the closet, they only left it half installed without any shelves or drawers at all. They also didn't bring any hardware.

(Edit) adding a star since they did finally get around to finishing out installation and quality is decent enough.

After 3 attempts and 3 months they have still been unable to finish their job. First they did not have all the pieces and the knobs were mismatched. Then 5 min before their second appointment which was a month later their installer calls and says that he has a 109 degree fever!! If you have 109 degree fever you are probably dead (they can't even lie properly). A week later they show up again and there are still missing pieces!!! The crown molding is missing and on top of that they took the TV mount off and refused to put it back up again!

We worked with Leslie Parker to redesign our walk-in, laundry and coat closet. Since we were doing this for the first time, Leslie was very patient with us from the outset. She suggested modifications to designs that would preserve functionality while reducing overall cost without compromising on the aesthetic. She suggested changes to our laundry room design that improved space utilization and worked around dryer vents and other hardware we couldn't move. Construction was also seamless, the workers finished all three rooms in two days with no major issues. There was one minor issue where some of the drawers didn't close properly, but Leslie worked with us and the company to fix those issues at no cost. I look forward to work with her on designs for other rooms in the near future!
