Horrible customer service. I bought by house January 2024. I had a home insurance problem where my insurance didn't receive a check for the bill. So I called up coastal title and got "nicole fosdick" tried explaining to her that I got a insurance letter in mail claiming I owed my insurance payment. She immediately tries telling me I'm wrong. Then when I tried to explain to her that I'm getting a cancelation notice she hangs up the phone on me. So I called back and she hangs up again.so i call again and ask to speak to a manager and thr manager says she'll look into it. My cancelation in 2/15 for my insurance. The manager calls be back and tries to act like there is nothing they can do. That they can't cancel the check that's lost n reissue it and says it's my responsibility to handle it. YOU GUYS ARE INCHARGE OF MY INSURANCE THROUGH CLOSING COST.I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO USE YOU GUYS I WANTED USE MY TITLE AGENCY BUT HOME OWNER WANTED TO USE YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE! WHY WOULD I PAY OUT MY POCKET WHEN I ALREADY PAID U GUYS TOWARDS CLOSING COST! So after getting no help from coastal services I called my loan agent. He contacts them and let's them know that if they don't get my insurance fixed I will switch my insurance and they would just have to reissue a check to another insurance agency. Then all of sudden they're able to track that the first check went to the wrong company and now all of sudden they can rewrite a check to the same insurance people. They literally was trying make me paying another 1000 on top of the closing cost because they just don't want do they're job! Will not recommend n I'm sorry I have to deal with u guys every year my insurance is due. You made my first home purchase horrible as u had me stressing about my home insurance getting canceled when it suppose to be included in closing costs!
