Ron is a true artisan and a skilled technician! He helped me do a custom job--converting a 2019 iMac into a 5k monitor. I watched multiple videos online, realized that it was a foolish job for someone with absolutely no hardware experience, and found Ron, who was happy to embark on this project and take on the risk. Ron is a life saver! My iMac 27 2013 hdd died and he was able to replace it in 1.5 days. He also share his knowledge on hdd and help recovered my data.

Ron is a lovely guy who really loves what he does.
I took him my old PC which had suddenly decided not to power up, it was dead despite several attempts to save it.
Within minutes of handing it over to Ron to investigate, it came to life!
'Happens a lot!' says Ron.

He didnt charge me for this miracle and even through in a new lead as Iam travelling from Europe and am using a travel adapter.
I know that if it goes wrong whilst Iam staying in Palo Alto is nearby to work his magic!

He told me that he prices based on "value delivered" rather than the number of hours it takes to solve a problem. He dove deep into some issues with my desktop computer, and helped speed things up considerably.
