We love Start the Art! This is the perfect place for my 3 year old (soon to be four) to spend a morning. We love that there is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities and the art that comes home is priceless. The program is age appropriate, creative and welcoming. A true gem.

Love start the art! The space is great for kids, very spacious , there’s outdoor space to use as well, the whole environment is very engaging and welcoming for kids and my 4 year old loves to go there. Korin does a great job setting out art based on seasons and that’s what I love the most. We’ve been there for Halloween, Christmas and plan to go back for valentines 🙂

We have been bringing our daughter to Start the Art for over 3 years. It remains one of her favorite activities. Every week there multiple new & creative activities, as well as regular fan favorites such as sensory tables. Korin is a truly gifted child educator and artist. She provides detailed instructions, but if the children wish to be more 'creative', she adapts marvelously and provides appropriate guidance. She handles all levels of skill and emotional development. Start the Art is an amazing asset to families in the Pacifica area.

Korin provides a great art class for all ages. My daughter was less than 2 years old when we began attending and each week activities were appropriate and fun for both of us! I loved that she had plenty of opportunities to paint and get messy as well. We were only in the area temporarily, but we would definitely have continued to attend weekly if we lived there. We already miss it!
