I recently had a short but enjoyable stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The room was well-appointed, offering a modern and clean design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep despite my brief visit. The bathroom stood out for its cleanliness and sleek decor, especially the stylish tiled shower. The room's amenities, including the workspace and seating area, were functional and added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was nice, with a calming look over the city lights. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return for a longer visit.

I was here for work and was working nights for a month. My room would get skipped sometimes for several days and I would have to go hunt down coffee and get toilet paper and get my trash emptied. But I am and was happy with my stay.

I was there during the fires and we lost power for 2 days. No hot water or electricity in the rooms but every business around us had power. Idk?! That was a bummer because no hot shower and no way to charge. I had to buy a charge bank so I could stay informed on evacuation and use my phone as a flash light.

We came here on a Friday night to seek a place with power and safety from the fires. Most places were fully booked and this one was close as well but Coco at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service I have ever recieved in Los Angeles. She got us set up in a king room with honestly some really cool views of the valley. The room felt extremely clean & updated it was refreshing as most of LA is a little dated in most areas. Parking situation was simple and secure BUT not many parking spots and some people were double parked which was interesting. The front desk also waived the parking fees for those seeking shelter from the fires which is something so small but goes along way. I can’t thank Coco and the team here enough, one of the view places I felt genuinely cared for. Coco even helped us find hot water to make some tea before bed, again just going above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home. Will 100% revisit if ever needing a place to stay!

Reservation was made and paid for two Queen beds room, at the lobby we were told that they did not have that type of room accommodation available. Instead we were offered a roll inn bed or a sofa room. We show the staff the confirmation email showing the itinerary confirmation showing two queen beds. Staff stated not having anything available. Left with not choice, we selected the one roll in bed then realize that once inside the room, there will be no room to walk. We went back and forward from the 9th floor t to the lobby with our luggage. We were also told that both rooms were the same price $290 dlls. Finally selecting the sofa that we have to put together that by the way was extremely uncomfortable and had visible nasty stains. Once we made our own bed with the available linens on the closet we called the Lobby 3 times requesting extra pillows. My husband had to go in person from the 9th floor to the lobby in person to remind them. Found the staff very busy looking at their cell phones. Terrible stay. Itinerary number : #729269

The room was very comfortable and large. Easy access to the Business Center. Recently remodeled. Josh and Coco at the reception desk were both very friendly, professional, and helpful. Good freeway access. Centrally located. Highly recommend.

The service was just beyond bad. Around 4:30 pm I called for a set a bedsheets to set up the bed cot. No one showed up until the next day. The managers day or night did not seem to care or want to help. Just horrible. Oh BTW their Resturant shuts down at 10:30 in the morning

Room was nice and quiet, our room got serviced daily, nice location. Parking in the deck you have to scan your key in and out which adds safety feeling. Everyone I interacted with was friendly.

This Courtyard is well located. Some of the rooms have been renovated and look clean and comfortable. Rates are high, but this is what you expect in LA. If you stay more than one night, be aware however that unless you specifically request it upon arrival, your room will only be cleaned every other day, meaning your trash (including food, hygienic items) won’t be emptied, your wet towels won’t be replaced, coffee cups and pods won’t be replaced.|This is unpleasant and not really clean nor hygienic nor healthy.|This is definitely not the type of service you expect from Marriott…
