Such a great place. Wonderful staff and all seem to be very knowledgeable as well, specially if you shop for cookware, knives or small appliances.
They don't open the inside doors till 11 but outside door access might be earlier on certain days

They have great products but are pretty expensive. Unfortunately when you have an issue with an electronic product, they give you a hard time to resolve it, and give your the run around. We dealt with Kim - "manager"- at the Roseville store (CA), and we were appalled by her rudeness and condescending attitude. She treated us like crooks. I don't recommend purchasing an appliance from C&B - let alone deal with Kim, the night "manager" at CB Roseville. She needs some serious training on how to treat customers respectfully and cordially.

The map shows Crate & Barrel right inside JC Penney. This is confusing because if you follow your GPS to go to Crate & Barrel in Roseville it will take you to JC Penney which is not the same as Crate & Barrel. Crate & Barrel is located on the other side of the mall and I created a location there called "Crate and Barrel Real Entrance" and you can see from street view the sign "Crate & Barrel" (unlike the other location where you will only see JC Penney and people will not understand why you insist that Crate & Barrel should be here. At the "Real Entrance" you can see that there is both curb side pick up (2 spaces, very convenient, thank you) where you can pick up your items that you bought online which is super convenient because next to those spaces is a direct entrance to the store. You can pick up there too, but sometimes it's difficult to find parking. Usually I have to park closer to Pottery Barn (which does not have curbside pick up so sometimes I don't buy things from there because there is no easy parking) and then way in the back in a lot that is outside the perimeter road. If it's a weekend day people are just waiting around for parking and it's better to go park somewhere in a garage or back at JC Penney. During the week though, parking isn't too bad. What's great is you can walk directly into Crate & Barrel without having to go into the mall but the store (2 floors) is in the mall so it also has back exits into the mall too. Same is true with Pottery Barn next door (except they are only on the first floor of the mall). I have tried many times to get Google to remove the pin with the wrong location - I've tried for 2 years actually (I did other things too) but it's not too important for them- but one day they will have to go to Crate & Barrel and wish they would have updated the location. It's the best Crate & Barrel in Sacramento area. I am certain, because it is the only one.

Almost all my experiences with Create & Barrels have been bad. Employees are rude and stand around and talk to each other and have little knowledge about their products. They often act like asking any questions is beyond the scope of duties and could indicate the customers is upset, how ignorant. They act like you are bothering them. The company on a corporate level must let their mployees know any kind of behavier and rudeness when interacting with the customer is ok. They seem to be there to take the customers money and that is all!

The worst customer service ever, they don't know what customer service means.

I like their products, but they are trendy and won't stand the test of time. Very cheaply made and the workers are not protected and often children. Their products take too long to get because nothing is made in America.

A nightmare to deal with. My family and I recently moved and bought a couch, 2 living room chairs, an entertainment center, a coffee table, a dining table, and 8 dining chairs. It was an expensive purchase for us but we were hoping to decorate our new home with stuff we loved. Unfortunately it’s been almost two months and the company refuses to deliver any of the items. Each time we try to schedule we are told we have to wait for another item that is “almost ready”. This is despite 80 percent of the items being in the warehouse and the sales associates telling us we can split our deliveries. Meanwhile I’ve paid them a very large credit card bill and sit in an empty house so that the company can save on delivery costs. I don’t know what to do. I just want my stuff.

UPDATE - The number provided below is not Customer Service, it’s a sales line for some kind of Life Alert device and Medicare enrollment. What the heck? Again, all I want is my furniture, which I ordered almost 2 months ago… Does anyone at this company care?
