After recently moving to the area, I was happy to discover this store and was very impressed with Steve's helpfulness in finding a perfect couch in a very short amount of time. He showed me several display models on sale at a fantastic discount. I found exactly what I needed at an outstanding price! The couch was affordable, super comfortable, and in a color that matched my living room setup. I really appreciated the way Steve helped me with the entire process, including the delivery service. I can't say enough good things about the customer service and quality furniture at an affordable price at this store!

Locally owned store. Needed a couch that exactly fitted to my room dimension, and they were spot on. My kids liked the sofa so much that I purchased the second sofa which was a love seat customization to a L shape for my garage (photo attached) .

Had some minor hick ups for delivery delays and stuff, but the new owner Steve has been really helpful in solving my issues.

This may not be your cheapest place to buy sofas, but the quality is great. If I had to buy a 3rd sofa, would probably come back again. Let's support local business!

Had a great experience working with Steve on a custom couch. He was very communicative and walked us through the entire process. He paid a lot of attention to detail and went out of his way to make sure we got the couch we wanted. The couch itself came out great and exceeded our expectations. The pricing was good as well, it was not as expensive as some of the big brands but just as nice.

We loved working with Cr8 a couch! Steve was fantastic to work with, super friendly and engaged and made my wife and I feel comfortable right away. It was clear that right when we met Steve he knew what he was talking about and was able to give us some great recommendations, his prices were also out of this world and he’s very easy to work with. We had a fun time picking the couches out and can’t wait to see them today. This is our second time working with cr8 a couch since we bought our first couch from there and had it made, it feels like each time we work with them they just get more efficient, easier to work with and more knowledgeable. We would absolutely never buy a couch from another store again.

5-star review for Steve, the owner, for a great purchase and delivery experience. Their sofas are made in the U.S. in Los Angeles, so the quality is very good. I bought a demo sectional for 50% off and Steve arranged out of state delivery for a very reasonable price and It was delivered in 7 days. You won’t find the quality, prices and delivery timeframe anywhere else. Ignore the reviews when the prior owner was in charge - Steve just took over ownership a few months ago.

Steve (sales person at San Carlos location) is an absolute expert and has great follow through on customer service. Price is lower than brand names of equivalent quality - we are very happy. Highly recommend.
