This message is for Jenn. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at her establishment. Currently, I am sitting at home feeling disgusted, mortified, and angry about the behavior of one of her employee's aka “ GRANDMA” . The other employee working was kind and courteous. As I was finalizing my selections and preparing to obtain paint, the elderly woman informed me that the store would be closing in 20 minutes. I politely corrected her, stating that according to the online hours, the store was supposed to be open until 8 PM. Her response was that I should select something quickly due to the limited time, as the employees were not paid enough to work longer hours. Although this was not ideal, I attempted to adapt and selected a smaller piece for my children to complete. However, when I was preparing to obtain the paint, the elderly woman made a rude comment about my two-year-old child, stating that if she continued to whine, she would be kicked out. I found this behavior to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I remained calm and attempted to diffuse the situation, but the elderly woman continued to yell and threaten to kick us out. At this point, I decided it was best to leave the establishment. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated, and I will not be returning to this business. I will also be sharing my experience with others, as I do not believe this is a suitable environment for families with young children. I hope that in the future, Jenn will take steps to ensure that her employees and their family members provide a welcoming and respectful experience for all customers.

Honestly a little disappointed, had everyone tell me how great this place was and was excited, decided to go for my birthday. Well it took longer then the 7-10 days to get a call back no communication from their part, we had to call to figure it out. When they did call it was close to closing so we had to wait to even get them till the next day and then my daughter painted a piggybank because she saw the ones we know did and they came with a bottom to a piggy bank, hers did not so now shes disappointed that she has no closing to hold her money...

I went here for my birthday -- I was turning 26. No children at all. And I LOVED it so much I went back twice. It was one of the best birthdays I had ever had. I am still sipping tea out of the GIANT mug I made and it's 3 years later. I love how there were other adults there, and when I needed help with painting I was treated like an adult. I was kind of scared it would be like "you're only allowed one color at a time, little Katharine." But it wasn't like that at all. The second time I went they had a child's birthday party in an adjacent room and I could tell they were just fantastic with the children, keeping them entertained, contained and very happy for over an hour. It was a really cool environment to enjoy as adults, and I can tell it's super cool as a child too. I love a place that can do both. It's not easy to give everyone their own experience at the same time in the same establishment. If you're a childless adult who just wants to have a good time, I highly recommend. You wont feel out of place at all.

We recently had a birthday party at Create It! for our four year old. We had a lot of different aged children who attended, and everyone had the best time! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the facility! The staff was beyond accommodating and so attentive to the children and helping them through their art creations. We will be back for fun and more events in the future!

What a fun time!! The staff are so friendly and helpful, there are SO many options to choose from, and the environment is great. The owner is very knowledgeable and was pleased to answer all the questions we had. Our projects came back looking beautiful, and I look forward to returning!
