I have ordered a variety of custom merchandise from Creative Marx ranging from t-shirts to polos to hats to tote bags. Their prices are always the most competitive, their responsiveness is fast, their customer service is great, and most importantly their prints are FANTASTIC QUALITY! This is the best screen printing business in town.

I reached out to them in late March. They gave me a quote for 60 t shirts and said they could meet my deadline of May 13. After about a month of back and forth (they would take over a week to respond sometimes) they accepted my final artwork. That’s where the process ended. They ignored my follow up emails and I missed my deadline. Really poor customer service. It’s such a shame because I had worked with them before and they were very professional in the past. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone now. To not even have the courtesy to reach out to the customer and let them know you can’t fulfill their order is not okay.

Deluxe Screen Printing in LA was able to do my order. They were fast and competitively priced.

I have worked with countless printing companies over the past few years and Creative Marx has been the best by far. They are always professional, on time and even print on certain areas most other companies refuse.
I've never ran into any errors printing through CM and all of my customers love the quality.
