We closed on our home June 23rd and the completion of our beautiful pool and spa was the 8th of September. I have not worked with a company in a long time where I didn’t have to worry about what kind of quality of work they were doing. Tom and his crew are meticulous, professional, on time and educated us along the way. They have come back to help when we needed and are there if we need anything. The job site was always kept clean and we were always informed on what was happening. Let me just say that you don’t need to call anyone else, these guys are great!!!
P.S. They like homemade ice cream ?

It was a pleasure working with Tom and his Creative Pool team! Everyone was extremely professional, very polite, and informative to all our questions during the construction process! It was enjoyable watching the Creative Pool Team working together! I would also like to Compliment Tom on his outstanding Project Management Skills! Start to finish the 'best' between the border and Phoenix. We interviewed several pool people and asked friends. Tom gave us confidence and delivered on time. Then Barry followed up with excellent, worry free pool maintenance for two years running. I have three friends who used Tom and all have the same opinion.

Contacted Creative Pools to have a new pool installed. They sent “Richard” out who was pleasant enough. He sat down with us and we discussed what we wanted. He took measurements and assured us that he would get back with us by the beginning of the following week as he had to go to LA on personal business. I left no less than 3 voicemails for him to call but received nothing. I called Creative Pools and spoke with a female who said he was on an appointment with a client and he would call me back. “Richard” did call and said he was sorry and that he was stuck in LA and he would contact me when he returned. This was about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I have since contacted two other pool builders who have already got the ball rolling. I suppose Creative Pools don’t need the business.

Tom and his team designed and built a pool that was perfect for our space and needs. He listened from the beginning to get the best design for us. He was on time, on schedule, and communication was excellent. There were no surprises. Quality of work was excellent.  His expertise and knowledge of the pool industry was beyond our expectations.
