I work at the highschool, I broke my phone at work and avena was very helpful after she recommended me my current phone , you got me 75% off cuz I had an upgrade from my current phone which I didn't know. She then recommended me to go to the highschool football game. I went to the game had a great time she was so kind. Her smile light's up the whole store.

RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT, I AM POLITE & FRIENDLY & HAVE TAKEN THE NECESSARY STEPS & OFFERED A CHANCE FOR THEM TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM I PURCHASED WITH ONE TGAT WORKS BUT TGEY FLAT REFUSED ME & INSTEAD TOLD ME I COULD PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE AT 50% OFF. UMM NOT COOL. I SUBMITTED A CLAIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SEE Y'ALL SOON, OH & I HOPE YOU ENJOY THE COMPROMISE You're going to have to make after you refund my money. Which will make local shopping more enjoyable. Have a great day. My advice go the extra mile & shop elsewhere. Don't buy from cricket anywhere in madera or Merced. Oh &the charger plug has caused my phone to glitch due to it being defective, not only will it not stay connected but it hasn't been 30 day & the wall connector gave out already! So both pieces were defective! Where are y'all buying you're products from?

I dealt with Kathy and Samantha and I thought the experience was excellent. They helped me switch providers and get a brand new iPhone 11. They also helped me save half off my monthly bill which was amazing!

Been here three times and it has been great every time. Came here once to change and update our plan, were were seem within 10 mins and everything was done quick and painlessly. The two other times were to get new phones and again we were seen very quickly and our transaction was smooth and quick with no hidden fees or any of those shanagins.

Great customer service, always clean, very friendly & very welcoming! I always get helped right away never wait more than 10 minutes. Definitely great with kids! I spent almost $400 Here and she charged me hidden fees that she refused to take off saying it was mandatory yet the other cricket store I bought my wife's phone at in Madera the SAME day did not charge the same fees. Than I try and return an unopened accessory had purchased a few days before and she refused to accept. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy from cricket taking the drive to another store out of town IT IS WORTH IT!

She charged me a hidden fee and I asked her to please remove it and she told me she did, well she did NOT she was very sneaky and overcharged and added fees that were not necessary... I asked her to remove them after my card was slid and I was able to look at the receipt and she continues to tell me that all sales are final... Scammers! I will never return

If I could I would give no stars. Rude customer service. Store was set to open at 10am on Saturday. The girl shows up RIGHT AT 10 am, then proceeds to open the door and then lock everyone out again while she opened the store. She took her time; she was not hurrying at all. She was then very rude; did not even apologize for making everyone wait for an extra 5 minutes. Maybe the sign should not say opens at 10am, it should say the store will open whenever the lazy, rude employee decides to show up. I won't be going back here again.
