Paul helped us fix what we thought was an impossible situation to resolve - his
perseverance and willingness to find a solution is the most we've ever seen from any of the contractors we've worked with. We originally reached out to Paul about taking out an old bathroom pocket door right at the entrance of our house that wasn't working properly, and replacing it with a swing door. After meeting with multiple other contractors, who realized they couldn't fix the issue, we thought this was the only option. Paul actually recommended we instead try to fix the pocket door.
He could have easily told us to just replace the whole door - a big investment- but he had the integrity to try to fix what we already had, and keep what was original to the house, which matched our other doors.

Thanks to Paul our pocket door is fixed! Paul found us the correct wheels needed by calling around to hardware stores near and far to find the exact right piece. We were able to order it and have Paul come back and install everything back to working order.
Each time Paul came for the repair, he was so willing to help, always patient and made sure the door was repaired and put back in place in the best working position. Thank you so much Paul for helping us with this job!
