I have built a few homes and Custom Island Homes have been the best builders by far. You get a clear estimate with all of the costs broken down line by line. They were on time and budget with the build out. Anytime you build a custom home there are always going to be situations that arise. When this happened they were dealt with professionally and quickly. There is always a construction manager on site with the subcontractors to monitor and facilitate the build out. We now have our beautiful dream home and I would highly recommend CIH to anyone who wants a well built custom home.

The Custom Island Homes team is just AMAZING. Les sets the tone and his team; Brent and Jon run an efficient job site. The attention to detail is amazing, the communication consistent and the workmanship supreme. They are reliable, resourceful and talented. This is my second time working with CIH and I highly recommend them, in fact I have to many friends and they are working on a job in Montauk now and the owner is very pleased. I can not say enough about how pleased I am that I went with CIH again. Can't wait to enjoy my renovated home this summer.
