Very unprofessional service. Our son's school hired them to take pictures for kids in May. We paid for a package with two individual headshoots for our son. Since then we've been reaching out to them almost every week for the pictures and still haven't received them. It's been 4 months, and now they said we might need to take our son to the studio to retake the pictures. They could have told us they lost the pictures earlier. The money is less important to me, but my son's look at that moment is gone. And I didn't even hear an apology from them... This is the first time I am leaving an review for a business.
