I’m writing today to make a formal complaint of the horrendous service I received on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Family and Friends Moreno Valley Distribution Center parking lot.

As an African American paying customer I was denied service for asking too many questions. This is a dominant Hispanic company and the way I was treated is beyond unacceptable. They allowed their loss prevention manager, Jose Leos to step in when I asked to speak to the manager in charge of the event. Jose Leos not only came over with a short fuse, but was very inconsiderate that I drove all the way from Los Angeles to get there at 5:30am. After the long drive I also camped out until 8am and waited in line for nearly 3 hours for checkout, while their team made up spending rules as the day went on, on what customers could and could not buy.
I mentioned to him some resolution questions such as, “If I could go pick out different boots and skip the line since I’ve already waited over two hours.” He denied and dismissed any kind of resolution point brought up by cutting me off while I was talking and telling the staff to cancel my transaction. Jose Leos then threatening to call authorities if I didn’t leave the premises.
Furthermore, as I was denied service, an older Hispanic lady that was working the line, blurted out loud, “We have the right to refuse service” and I stated “For what?”And she was unable to give me an answer. Never in my life have I been so humiliated and disrespected as I was during this encounter. Threatening to call the authorities was absurd. I did nothing wrong but ask questions. I was treated as if I was stealing something. The customer service was below poor and very unprofessional. Paying customers should never have to experience the amount of disrespect and embarrassment that I experienced. Since May 20th, I’ve reached out to this company numerous times regarding this matter and no one has taken the time to respond back to me. Worst business ever.

Not driver friendly place, very stupid and time-costly checking in procedure, they also require your fingerprints, 1 st place I ever meet except USCIS, after you have been loaded, you have to leave the dock, waiting for the loader to seal, then you need drive to shipping office, make another back up packing to get your paperwork, you need at least 3 back up parking for every pick up or delivery

Very good customer service, friendly and understanding inside the office and Security Guard is very friendly as well from my experience.
But they are a little bit slow with loading.
The place is clean and their restrooms are well maintained as well.

They're always hiring for a reason. People don't last. The good hard working ones get fired for points which is a big joke, yet the lazy ones who time and time again just don't cut it stay on. They'll do an hours work the whole 10 hrs and no consequences. Some leads have no backbone. The x-mas gifts are a big joke too. You get last years returns or rejects. A company that big, gifts you returns or rejects. Imagine that. Or if you are a top performer maybe, maybe a $5 starbucks gift. Wow!! My lead is great though, but then again I work. I don't break my back but I do work!

Terrible waste of time. Check in 3 separate times with same information. Take fingerprints. Then assign wrong dock door and don't even bother writing it on my gate pass. Really the only single piece of information I need from your end
