They claim to support the local community and cultivate art spaces but they use ai generated “content” for their covers now. Why not hire a local artist to make something beautiful and striking and memorable, instead of something soulless that only exists because a computer stole real art from other people who will never see a cent from their work. Disappointing and disgusting.
You want to save money by not hiring a local cover artist? Generating ai prompts takes no skill and only steals from hardworking artists. You do this while you promote real local art in your magazine? Shameful.
