Alexis is the best! She helped us with a very complicated commercial property sale which involved joint escrow instructions with us and the neighboring property, and a tenant buyout which was intertwined with both property sales. She was diligent throughout the entire process, and even came in on a Saturday to help us sign/notarize some paperwork. When we purchased another property a few months ago, we really wanted to work with Design Escrow again, but unfortunately the sellers get to choose the escrow company and they already had chosen a different company. I will say that Design Escrow is not only the best escrow company around, but they've got the best prices around too! If we ever sell another property, there's no questions we're calling Alexis & Design Escrow!
