I have been working with the project manager Sean at Creatvie design crew since late Oct23 and my experience with them has been a pretty good one. I am an impulse consumer, so after browsing a total of 1 site for logo creation services, i ended up hiring them. After i had hired them i discovered all the negative reviews, and i actually confronted and demanded my money back. Long story short the things they are saying about having to pay state registration fee etc has not been true for me yet. They said it was the competitors but who knows, i can only attest to my own experiences. They assigned me Sean he has been attentive and efficient, very cordial guy. I initially got the deluxe logo package that included the stationery design etc which led to a website. At each juncture ofc there were some upselling but nothing that other firms in america wouldnt have done imh.

I wish I could give less than a star. This company is garbage! They tried to get more money out of me after my logo was done, which the designer took forever because he wasn't listening to exactly what I asked for. Then when I finally decided on a logo, I was told I had to give another 500 for registering the logo. Logos do not have to be registered and they even tried to go lower on the price after I told them it doesn't need to be registered. What a waste of time and money. Waiting on my refund. Horrible company! They don't disclose any hidden fees. SCAM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I was looking for someone to create a new logo for my company and found Creative Design Crew. I initially decided to use them and chose the lowest (cheapest) package they had. I had a lengthy phone conversation with a rep from their company and he talked me into going with one of their higher end packages. The main reason I chose this package was the, "if you don't like the designs we will gladly refund your money," statement made by the rep. Once I started receiving the logo designs I quickly realized that this was a bad decision. The designs looked like they were made on the free version of Canva. Really bad. I sent an email to my project manager, Alvin Davis, letting him know that I wasn't satisfied with the designs and I would like my refund. First reg flag, he didn't get back to me for over a week. Then when I'd call he was always either out of the office or busy/in a meeting and NEVER would call me back, second red flag. After 2 weeks of trying to get my money back I received an email from Alvin stating that I wasn't entitled to refund because they made the designs. I told him the only reason I used their company was because they offered a money back guarantee. He then asked for proof that I was offered that guarantee...IT WAS A PHONE CONVERSATION. Moral of the story, this company is trash. The people that work there are trash and don't care about you or your business. Not to mention the logo designs look like they were done by a 7th grader. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will bleed you dry with hidden costs and the closer you get to the finished product, the less you will hear from them. We had to threaten to go to the BBB (which they don't belong to) and our attorneys in order to get a reasonable turnaround time from them toward the end of the finished product. They will have a fee for everything and not tell you until you are ready to proceed to the next step in the process either it be a new logo or a new website. We hired them for a new logo and to update our website for the sale price of $975. We were told at the point of sale, no hidden costs, you will own all of it. After the logo was done, in order to get all the different files needed for printing etc, that was another $700. Once we started on the website, we had to pay them $700 for a mobile version, we had to pay them $700 to migrate the new website, in order to get instructions on how to update the new site going forward, we had to buy a 3-month maintenance package for $650 as the instructions and the maintenance were a package deal and could not be sold separately. On the last day of the month, before we had decided to purchase the maintenance pkg, we were told that if we didn't buy it now the price would go to $925. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give less than a star I would. I tried to go through the website to look at “packages” but was quickly redirected by a chatbot who lied about pricing. I was told for 130.00 I would get a logo and complete ownership of it. After we settled on a logo, I was quickly told to pay over 600 dollars for rights to it. When I asked for my money back, I was told I no longer qualified bc I had asked for the designer to “make it simpler”. He told me any revision changes my rights to a refund. Do not go through this company. They continue to increase the fees and you’ll end up paying a significant amount for sub par work.

As you read through the negative posts there is a theme. I paid $199 for a logo, went through an approval process. Then creative sewing crew stated they would not release my logo to me (after approval) unless it was registered. There is no federal or state requirement to register a logo. I let them know this. It was $700 for federal or $500 for state. In fact you can register a federal logo for $45. So with that there is no logo provided to me or a refund. I believe this needs a collected effort of all those who have been disillusioned by this business. I will be exploring other options. Also, it’s not the cost to register it’s the principle that it’s required. Not truthful.

I should’ve took note from the customer reviews. I’m a graphic designer, and they found me on Behance. I did a project for the company, claimed to be hired, and never got paid. I’ve been emailing and messaging the two that I was in contact with (Natasha Bree & Tommie Lamberta). I have yet to hear from them. I asked to cancel my employment and to send my payment for that first project I sent in. I still haven’t heard from them and I have yet to be paid for that project. Not only is this company scamming customers but they are also scamming “employees” to do the work for them. I will be going on every website, social site, and any other site leaving this review. I pray that no one ever goes through the hassle this company puts people through.

UPDATE: contacted the company and they basically tried to get my personal log in information to my bank accounts and social websites as well. Claimed it’s how their other employees were getting paid. Never got paid. Reported them to the BB and they weren’t able to do anything either. So I waisted my time and my services with this company. Please do not deal with this company: employed or getting services. It’s a scam company.

I was inquiring their services for a logo. They tried to pitch me a website during their call when they asked me about my business. I told them I wasn’t ready for the website, yet, as my business was fresh and young. After they sent a few concepts, I picked out the logo I liked. When they called me about my logo, they would sneak in the website idea. After a few calls and logo changes, they kept hounding me about selling me a website. I had to put Eric in his place and told him to send me the logos asap. I’m still waiting on the logos. From reading all the other reviews about others having trouble, I will most likely end up having to dispute my order. Buyer beware!!! Do not waist your time!!!
