it took them 8 months to design my site and never was completed with all the functionality stated in the agreement. Then, last week the took my site down and stated that because my email was receiving too much spam and was affecting other clients on their servers; they requested I get a new domain name. That was the red flag. I found out that Design Nortex is using "C-Panel" for their email services.... C-Panel is for an intranet NOT for hosting email services for websites. The reason why they are using C-Panel is because it is free, and with that comes NO SECURITY... that's why I was receiving spam. And they want me to rebrand my company.... what a mistake!

I paid $3,800 and this scammers never delivered. They have Disappeared with my $3, 800. I can’t reach them on their phone number. They are not replying my emails please be warned. my site was never completed with all the functionality stated. Victor who came as a professional has disappeared too. They are all scammers

This company came off very professional and friendly at first. Their sales pitch is VERY aggressive but they seemed dedicated and knowledgeable so I decided to use them. Originally I was leaning towards Shopify but Victor convinced me to use WordPress which is their preferred platform. After building my site and having to navigate all sorts of additional plug in and add on suggestions I got my site up and running with only the features I needed. I was assured everything was finished and everything was paid for. I went over my budget which was fine seeing as I was confident I was getting a quality product. Things seemed good at first and Victor was helpful with my questions and concerns post launch. Fast forward 6 months (website completed August 2021) and I can’t get into the back end of my site. I messaged Victor and I received a call soon afterwards from a tech I’ve never spoken to who explained that I need to pay $600 to “renew my plug in certificates for WordPress” Needless to say I was surprised and confused. So basically I can’t access my site through the back end now unless I cough up the money. I messaged Victor immediately to get more details and an explanation and guess who’s all of a sudden ghosted me?! VICTOR has not responded to my messages and has conveniently disappeared. My website needs to be updated and I can’t do a thing about it! I refuse to pay more money for a product I was promised at a certain price and there was never any talk of additional costs down the road pertaining to “expired certificates”

I AM FRUSTRATED AND UPSET AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NORTEX TO ANYONE!

ZERO STARS. Took my money and never delivered a website. Our signed agreement said they'd have it ready in 6 weeks and after 12 months it still wasn't ready. Not only that but they could not listen to instructions and I probably spent more time finding their mistakes than they did designing the website.

they have STOLE $1,800 from me and now have changed their phone number. Victor has disappeared and i spoke to a "Steve Phoenix", and he said he has NEVER heard of Victor and is NOT going to return my funds

This company is a joke, i had a web page with them for almost a year then all of a sudden it disappeared the rude and disrespectful worker told me it was my fault that the sever went down… You have been warned do not use these guys….

It is beyond my comprehension as I realize this company is fraudulent and doesn't care to leave so many in the cold. I don't wish them well as the staff could have reached out somehow.
