I contacted this agency to create an e-commerce website for my business. I sell second-hand items in New York and their designed website has made my business easier and I am handling the operations and sales smoothly. I fully endorse this agency for website development services.

DO NOT GET YOUR LOGO MADE WITH THEM!!! Theyā€™re SCAMMERS. I got my logo made with them a year ago which I was very happy with. I chose one of the cheaper packages because I did not need all the extra things offered. After the logo was completed they surprised me with an outrageous fee of $200 for copy rights (way cheaper if you register it yourself only $64 in Ga). I decided to pay it because I did not know any better. I received the copy rights paper as promised but now a year and a half later they called again saying I still owe them $200 more to finalize the copy rights paperwork which I thought I hadā€¦ After asking them to explain where theyā€™re getting this outrageous fee a year later they made up a whole story saying they didnā€™t know either it was just a new law that came up in the last 3 months. I decided to call the U.S Copy Rights Office directly and they informed me I did not need anything else I had all the paperwork I needed I did not have to pay anything else or submit anything else. The representative also informed me that they do not charge anywhere near that amount to copy right any logo. The scammers who worked with me in this process were Ryan, Ethan, Michael, and Devan. DONā€™T DO IT! Youā€™ll end up paying thousands on fees they just make up in their head If you donā€™t ask questions before just paying what they say. Completely regret my decision on contracting Digit Media Designs for my logo.

I engaged this company in Oct of 21 to build a site and do social media marketing. I worked closely with the project manager to build the site and despite being informed it would take a month to complete, 3 months later the project was not complete and the PM "Tyler Ross" stopped responding. I contacted the company and asked to be assigned another PM to continue to build the site. I was informed that to complete my site and turn over the content would cost me an additional "$500-$600". I refused to pay the additional amount and said I would waive the social media work if they turn over the site. They said they're running a business and it would cost me an additional "$700-$800" to do that. At this point I had already paid $1500 for the site and $2000 for social media marketing and refused to pay more. With no guarantee I would receive my site at all I decided to walk away, file a complaint with the FTC, BBB and will retain legal council.
This company is almost legit, I mean they built a site that I thought looked good but use predatory practices to get more money out of you. I am posting my story as a warning to all, this is not a legitimate company, they will lure you in with promises, and try to ransom the work you paid for. - WARNING, STAY AWAY -

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have completely scammed from the beginning to end. My website began over a year ago and itā€™s still not transferred to me. They keep changing their prices and asking for more money that i refuse to pay.

Please DO NOT use this company. Go elsewhere! Iā€™ve paid over 10k to have my website built and now itā€™s looking like Iā€™ll have to dispute the charges and file a lawsuit.

Update: my website looked like a infant did it. My 9 year old son could have done better. This company is a scam. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company. I have contacted the BBB and I have reported them as fraudulent. You will be disappointed. They hire people that donā€™t know what theyā€™re doing. Youā€™ve been warned.

I contacted this company weeks ago. Decided to wait before moving forward. Eventually we did move forward with the web design. I dealt with Alex who was very kind and assured me that we could get our web page up and running within a week. They would submit a preliminary design after transferring us to Peter the web designer. I basically received a thrown together web page. Nothing that I asked for. I emailed him back immediately. No response for days. I then called and finally got ahold of him. Still, no revised website. 2 more emails with no response and a phone call to Alexā€¦. Nothing. $350 later we have gotten nowhere. This might be the worst purchase for a service I have ever placed. All I needed was a basic web page and they clearly are not capable of it!

THIS IS A FRAUD! DO NOT TRUST "DIGIT MEDIA DESIGNS"!
THIS COMPANY WILL FORGE ANY DOCUMENTATIONS IN ORDER TO WIN OVER YOUR CLAIM THAT YOU WILL FILE AGAINST THIS COMPANY!
Read the negative reviews this company is a total scam, unlike the positive reviews that are FAKE!
They will promise and agree to complete whatever work you need just to get you in and take your money. That is exactly what happened to me. After they took my money and gave me a mockup page (that a five-year-old could have done) their excuse was that itā€™s just a mock-up page and that they will start adding features I need. But before they do that they will also try and sell you all of the things that you ā€œneedā€ for a ā€œbetter performanceā€. And I honestly think that people who work there, donā€™t have the basic knowledge to build or design a decent website.
They also DO NOT honor their policy that states ā€œ100% money back guaranteeā€ and ā€œ100% satisfaction guaranteeā€ After asking them directly for my money back without any results.
Like I said, they will fake the documents to show to your bank when you try to file a claim against this company. That is exactly what happened to me! Iā€™ve been dealing with my bank for months now trying to reverse the charge but with no success.
AGAIN, PLEASE, read the reviews and turn away if you donā€™t want to waste your money and deal with the headache.
You will never get the product you want, nor you will ever see your money if you work with these scumbags!

Beware of this company - they're all dishonest thieves. Check them out on LinkedIn - no employees. Basically a call center with scammers. If they register your domain on your behalf, they will hold it hostage behind a $1100+ fee to renew annually or $1500 to "transfer" it - which literally costs nothing. They'll claim "oh, you own it" - but in reality they're holding it. They attract you with their lifetime "hosting" fee - but that doesn't include the DNS/Domain fee. They also have no contract - which I'm now regretting as we have no terms & conditions to use in our defense. Beware Beware Beware.

Stay away from this and dont waste your time and money. I called and explained what I wanted was more then transparent with them as I have had bad experiences in the past. The said do not worry we agreed on a price The website gets built then they try to to charge me 750.00 to transfer it to them and then when I said that was not what was discussed I was met with Im sorry but if you want to do it we can host it for you and save you some money so they ran my pockets there. Thought It was done then I get a phone call from the 3rd person that I had to deal with and was told that If I didnt get this plug in then my website would crash in 24 to 48 hours. Then when I said this is not something I need and not paying I was told my website would be down in an hour so they force you to pay money and if you dont want to then guess what you wont have a website. They will call you and run your pockets every chance they get. This is my personal experience with this company. They take advantage and if you dont comply then you dont have a website which is the reason I came here. Anyway I wouldnt spend the time or even do a website if they offered it for .99 because I know there is about 1500.00 extra or you wont have a website. Bad Business has been done and they dont care and know you will have to fold and pay with there scare tactics
