Douglah Designs was a pleasure to work with for the remodel of our primary bath and bedroom. Douglah Designs also remodeled our kitchen some years ago.
We were very happy with both the design and the construction phase of the remodel. The guidance throughout the design phase was excellent and the attention paid to detail was awesome as was the construction phase. The project was within the projected time and budget.
Most of all we really enjoyed working with Leilah Douglah’s team. Everyone was great and the communication was flawless and we really enjoyed getting to know the whole team. We would definitely return to Douglah Designs in the future!

As an established, long-time Realtor in Lamorinda, my real estate team has prepared many homes for sale. Both small and large projects.
When it came time for me to remodel my own residence, I decided to use both my skilled contractors and a local home builder to save on project costs. Boy, was that a mistake.
Although the finishes and craftsmanship turned out great due to our micro-managing of the project, the contractors were a nightmare. We had two contractors quit during the project and then hired our final one on time-&-material basis….and got ripped off.
If I had to do it over I would have simply hired Douglah Designs as our design-build team. Leila’s reputation in the community is impeccable and I’ve seen her work first hand.
