10 stars! 🤩 Highly recommended. I've gotten over 20 tattoos with Aaron and plan on getting so many more. He is patient, kind, talented, creative, thorough, and truly cares. He always makes you feel at ease and peace. I fully trust him. All other artists seem to be very talented, too. Also, shout-out to Haley 💜 and Annie! The entire shop has great energy - it's always good times at ERT! 🤩

Had a lovely experience at my tattoo appointment at East River just yesterday.
The studio space is very comfortable and feels quite homey. I booked my appointment with Maggie months ago after seeing her gorgeous work on Instagram and when I arrived at my appointment yesterday, she had artwork ready that was exactly what I had hoped for. She is very kind and considerate and approachable. The whole process went very smoothly. She's an absolute pro and I would highly highly recommend her.

My brother and I were in town and wanted to get tattoos. A friend of ours recommended East River and we ended up walking in as a group of 3. Cauê did all 3 tattoos and they came out great.

He was very happy to work with us and slightly modify some of his flash designs and the actual tattoos were fast and his shading and line work are exceptional!

If you’re in the area and looking to get a tattoo, stop by East River! The design and energy at the shop are fantastic and the tattoos are even better.

Hayley & Aaron were amazing. I wandered in with a tattoo idea and they talked with me about it for half an hour, even sending me home w a stencil to ponder. I actually ended up deciding to wait on the tattoo, which I expect can be frustrating for artists, but they were super understanding and supportive. Wow. Good People. 🙏🏽

Extreme rip off for guests and super unprofessional. My friend was telling me the staff rolled their eyes behind my back and beside super passive aggressive behaviour they were asking for a 40 dollar Tip which they expect you to give, not optional which a tip should be. I said I don't want any service which requires to hand out any tip, so they were throwing me out even though I have been super friendly and trying to communicate nicely with them all day. Really not recommended.

I can only recommend this tattoo shop. I got a small colored tattoo. The people were very competent, and I felt very well taken care of. I was a bit nervous about getting my tattoo, but I had a very nice experience, and I am very satisfied with my tattoo. 🙂
