Where do I start? Our entire experience with Elba jewelry was divine. Bernard and his family took such great care of my fiancé and I in finding our perfect wedding rings. From beginning to end, they were caring, patient, kind, knowledgable, assuring, and passionate in their craft. Our rings were beautifully crafted and customized by their team. I was enamored the minute we received them. They are perfect, and the detail on my custom wedding band is as beautiful as I imagined! We knew the minute we were assisted by Bernard in walking into their store, we weren’t going to need to go anywhere else (as it was the first location we decided to go browse at). We are excited to purchase from them again. They have become our permanent go-to jewelry store/consultants from here on out! 1000% recommend them to anyone who wants quality jewelry and quality service. Had a wonderful experience with Elba Jewelry. Admittedly the jewelry buying experience can be intimidating for me but the team at Elba made me feel so comfortable. Very professional but not pretentious. They worked with us on designing some custom pieces for our children who were very happy with the results. It’s rare to encounter a store with such a high quality product coupled with a wonderful family experience. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Elba to anyone looking for a unique legacy piece at a down-to-earth price.

So far I had repurposed my old jewelry into three new earrings. They came out better than expected. And because of the quality of their work, I had them repurpose two more earrings. In my experience, what makes them stand out to other jewelers is their turn over rate. They finish the work so quickly and earlier then the completion date. Other jewelers take forever and never on time. And everyone is so personable and professional. It’s a real pleasure collaborating with them.

What a great experience I had with Elba Jewelers. They were able to make a wedding band for my grand nephew out of my parents his Great Grand parents, wedding bands. They got the job done even with a tight time constraint. The ring turned out beautifully. They worked with me and gave several suggestions to create band that fulfilled his wants. They took great care in understanding the sentimental value of creating this ring for him. With Elba you will receive great, personable and friendly service. I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience my family has received from Elba’s Jewelry Design Center! First of all, the store is absolutely stunning and every single piece is unique. The service is beyond 5 Star service and everything is personalized to you. I fell in love with a custom ring and kept my eye on it. They were not pushy and they understood that when the time is right, it will happen. Shout out to Joesph for making the best Surprise happen for me in a long time! You are a man of your word. I have had at least 25 compliments on my beautiful anniversary ring and I have only had it for 3 days!!! Thank you for being so dependable and trustworthy!
