I want to express my family’s deepest gratitude to Byron at Elev8 Creative Branding in Fair Oaks for the compassionate and skilled work he did for us. After the sudden and heartbreaking loss of my nine-year-old nephew in an accident, I was overwhelmed with grief and emotions. Planning a memorial in such a state was incredibly difficult, and I know I was scattered and unnervingly emotional.

Despite this, Byron was gentle, patient, and truly understanding. He created beautiful printed programs, custom trading cards, silicone bracelets with my nephew’s heartbeat etched inside, and custom die-cut stickers that we gave to the medical staff as thank yous. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the turnaround was faster than I could have ever imagined.

These items brought a sense of comfort and connection to everyone who received them, and for that, I will forever be grateful. I look forward to working with Byron again under better circumstances, and my family and I will always remember the kindness and care he showed us during this difficult time. I took my marathon shirt to him with literally nothing in mind other than to have my name and My First Marathon printed on it and he totally went above and beyond, not only looking up the official NYC logo and colors to snazz it up but even doing it at ALL since he normally never silk screens single shirts. A guy named Byron that works with this company scammed me for $3200. He said my prints would be done in 5 weeks in September of 2024 and it’s Feb 2025 and he’s ignoring my phone calls. He’s no where to be found and he’s also done this to two other friends of mine.
