We have been members at envision for close to 30 years. We've never had an issue that they have not addressed quickly and efficiently. The worst "inconvenience" we have experienced is having our cards blocked due to suspected fraud...to that I say thank you for having my back.

Hi I had envision for almost 3 and half years. I opted in to have Cpay on my account. However I had got sick with covid and was out of work for like 2 months. My Cpay was set at $1000 so tell me why my account got over $1500 and Cpay which made my account extremely negative. However when I did get back to work my direct deposits were still coming in to envision which caused my to fall way behind in my bills. I loved banking with envision but now my account is closed and my credit is all messed up because of the bank and the lies I was hearing from different workfers at the credit union.

The worst bank ever! They tell you that you only have three times to transfer money to a third party source but stop you from transferring after one or two transactions and then wanna make up some random transaction that I didn’t make. Telling me that I did a transaction two different times then tried to tell me maybe cashapp did it when cashapp only took the payment one time. Told me couldn’t nothing be done even tho I only use my card twice to transfer money. Had me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me I did a transactions that I never did just lazy and stupid

Envision used to get all of our business but this BS of only so many deposits from cashapp, Venmo and such along with locking our accounts when they choose if we are behind by $40 on 1 loan and never been late so I can’t pay it is stupid and a waste of my time! I will be switching back to regions.
