From the second we walked in just to look to a few days later when we purchased our new x3 the customer service from Tyler was absolutely amazing. Great experience! John W. and Rodney were wonderful. They took all the time need to sell me the machine. Showing how everything worked. They also took all the time I needed when I picked it up, to make sure I knew everything I needed. It was detailed, full of gas and ready to roll. Seriously a couple of great guys working for a great company. Thank you Both!!

Tried getting info about a new Polaris RZR and the sales person didn't have knowledge of there product they're selling. Just gonna look it up online. Taking my business elsewhere. Sales had time but not very informative. Parts guy asked me if I needed help and he didn't have any info on the unit I was looking at. Would loved to talk to a service tech or manager while I was there or just someone that knew all about the unit I was interested in. What a horrible experience.

John in Parts was exceptionally helpful tracing Parts down for me. I bought my Maverick used from someone who bought it originally from Epic. because of that John was able to search for direct match tires and parts! He called when said he would, did the research and followed thru. Above and beyond in my book

I've been here several times and ended up buying a new quad. The first time everyone was very helpful and friendly. The second time, when I was ready to buy, there wasn't a salesperson to be found. Once one was found, everyone was friendly and efficient. 3rd time, no one wanted to open the doors at the posted opening time. After rattling the doors a couple of times, someone came and opened up.
Service takes awhile to get a vehicle looked at and a bunch of nuts were loose on my new quad.
