I am a long time vendor. Bought a replacement top for tent in March, opened it up end of April, it is sewn so badly that it doesn’t lay right. The tent pools water on one corner so bad I need to prop it up with pool noodles, and hoola hoops. Called Eurmax and they claim it is my fault. That I’ve used it and probably stretched it! Sad to know they will not exchange this out. I’ve sent pictures and they just don’t care. My tent is standing as we speak at a state fair. I took videos and pictures. The weather is going to be horrible. I am waiting for another brand commercial tent from cosco. I have to leave a plastic cover over my items due to the repetitive dripping! Shame on Eurmax!! They used to care. They are horrible now! The pictures clearly show the pull in the top. That is where the water pools and drips all over the place. They have really gone down hill. A canopy top from Eurmax is not supposed to be baggy and pool water on one side so bad that it can collapse! !!!!

Bought my Canopy last August. I use it every weekend. Within a month the roller bag broke. It’s been up during many windy days with the weight bags that came with the Canopy. Last weekend under less wind then it’s seen before one of the posts just kinked.
Buyer beware, this is not covered under your warranty. Their warranty only covers your canopy if it’s damaged during delivery. That’s it!!! So if your canopy shows up intact, warranty is over. They would not warranty my kinked post. Clearly it kinked from fatigue which is a manufacturers defect. Then try to get parts in a timely manner. They took 2 days to ship my order to replace the kinked post.
My next canopy will not be a Eurmax, nor will I recommend Eurmax anymore

I bought alot of canopys but there's no one like this brand eurmax good quality easy
I recommend it guys if a aleg broke or something else is easy to replace the parts also are cheap

We ordered a turquoise canopy in May and got it in a reasonable time frame. We ordered a wall kit at the same time, and we still have not received it, almost three months later! I agree with others... product is GREAT, but customer service is terrible. I encountered the same rude customer-no-service representative described by others when I called (multiple times over the months) to inquire about the delay. SOOOO disappointed. Summer is 2/3 over and we have not had the walls we desperately needed to block the hot sun.

Ordered replacement walls for the 10 x 10 canopy and after receiving the order noticed there are no tabs for pounding in stakes into the ground. Called them and they said they discontinued this feature. If want to return it must email them. Emailed them and did not receive a response for over a week. Meanwhile after checking out there return policies with restocking charges, shipping charges, and other charges I was upset that I hadn’t reviewed these return policies first. I would have not ordered this from this company. Called them again and they said I could return them but would have to pay the return shipping. I asked if I had purchased an entire new canopy would it have tabs to receive stakes and they said no as this feature is discontinued. Well where I live one needs stakes in the ground. So I opted to have a more reputable tent company repair the walls by installing stake hold down tabs.
