Overall quick and professional. The packages are not too expensive. There is an option to buy digital copy which was provided on a USB drive. There are many backgrounds to choose from. The photographer knows what he is doing. He was quick and efficient. The wait was not too long. There is food and boba close to tide you over while you wait.

Posted hours are not accurate. I called ahead of time to confirm, but when I showed up at 5:00 on a weekday, nobody was there. I wasted time and gas because they won't honor posted hours.

These guys are pretty quick and friendly, and price is very affordable. We had our family photo shoot and we order 5 posses. They has a variety of backgrounds to choose from. They did good job on the shots. However, the editing could have been better. Maybe because I am from the industry and I am seeing more rooms for improvement than others who are not from the industry. For example, we selected some really backgrounds, but the final photos were zoomed in so much that we are not seeing the while backgrounds that we originally hoped to get.

No appointment is needed. The guy who helped was friendly and professional . It was fast and easy. Good prices, different backgrounds.

They NEVER answer their phones so I went to do a walk in , got there was a sign on the door that said they were closed for the day and to call their number. The same number that they never answer or respond to . Wasted our time . Beware

This place has been awesome for so many years. I was so disappointed seeing them closed with the whole Covid-19 impact. Things have been opening up and I moved out of Sacramento by an hour and was wondering if they were open mind you I had already booked a shoot with a studio. Called and they were open I was so thrilled. There background, customer service and prop are all good. So glad I went and will be back
