I had an unsavory experience with receiving a goody bag after making a purchase. They forgot to ship my order and I had to be the one to catch it and e-mail about it months later. They sent it out afterwards which was great but when I received the package, 1 frail wooden circular needle arrived broken. I asked for a replacement (what can I do with a broken needle?) and sent a picture of the broken item in its unopened clear package but for them to oblige, they would need to add it to a new order I make How do I know they didn't just send me what was left? Why do I need to buy from them again? I won't be making a new order and I guess I'll have to find a use for a broken, frail circular needle. LOL
