I have ordered with them many times and enjoyed what I have gotten, unfortunately I received a pull over hoodie that was a much different size then advertised and after 2 weeks still yet to receive a response and their number does not go through. I will have to no longer recommend ordering from Fangamer.

Had a customer service rep cancel my order in retaliation for asking about an undisclosed month-long order pause. In a stunning act of rare humility, FanGamer called me unprompted after reviewing the poor customer service exchange I had and apologized for the escalation of the issue. The order was sent out without issue and I appreciate that they took it upon themselves to not only own up to the bad experience but also take my feedback seriously when discussing with me how they might fix the issue in the future.

Beautiful products made and shipped with care. I am so pleased with the book I received! High quality, full color, detailed illustrations, lovely binding, and filled with unique touches that make the volume really special. I’m very impressed with this company.

Pros: one thing in my order was a big hit with my kid.
Cons: the order took a very long time to arrive. I wanted to return some items from my order. There is no way to return things to them without emailing them and getting a return authorization. They wouldn't respond to any of my three emails over the course of a month. I resorted to filing a credit card chargeback. Of course, they found the time to respond to that right away and banned me from their store without offering any way to resolve the issue. Ridiculously bad customer service, but it's a moot point as I would never buy from them again anyway.

Disappointing Experience with Fangamer

I ordered the game Faith from Fangamer, and while they were quick to take my money, their follow-through on customer service left much to be desired. My item was lost in transit with USPS, and instead of helping resolve the issue, they shifted the responsibility onto me. As the seller, it’s their job to handle claims with USPS since I don’t have the necessary information to file a claim myself.

Adding to my frustration, their listed phone number appears to be fake and routes to an unrelated auto-response system. It’s impossible to reach them for proper support.

I expected better accountability and customer service from a company like Fangamer. Until they address these issues, I would caution others about purchasing from them. If something goes wrong, you might end up stuck without your item or a proper resolution.

My son loved their pop up shop!! So so cool!! We drove into Tuscon specifically to go to this pop up shop. My son is a huge fan of the website!!!! They were really nice and hooked us up with free merch!!! I also bought a ton of merch lol. Absolutely loved the atmosphere ❤️ such cool peeps

I went to the pop-up shop to get a Oneshot album. Employees were very kind and patient with me, and even handed out free items with every purchase. Would absolutely recommend you go because the pop-up shop is closing on the 21st.

Super cool place. It's just a pop up store but I love this shop a lot. There's a lot of nerd/gamer stuff you can buy. It's great, my only complaint is that it's all really expansive. I spent just over 500$ total there on about 6 things
