Our floors need to be replaced - Our Agent Greg Mohoric was empathetic and acted quickly to process our claim. David Edwards came to our home immediately and we were impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. He referred us to a good flooring company and a cabinet repair company. David told us Farmers would cover the time we will have to go to a hotel while the flooring is replaced. Like Greg, David was empathetic and professional. Greg checked on us periodically and we feel very well taken care of. The replacement flooring is "backordered", so the work has not been done yet. However, both David and Greg have been in touch to let us know Farmers will be ready when the flooring finally arrives at the shop for installation. I have to mention that we are VERY pleased that Farmers is legally pursuing the company whose employees caused the flooring to be ruined. It has been a long process, but we are very thankful we are with Farmers Insurance. We are happy Greg is our Agent, and we appreciate David's help. This whole "event" has inspired even more loyalty to Farmers than we had before!

Greg Mohoric has been my insurance agent for many years. He is always available when I have a question - He stops by occasionally just to check and make sure all is well.

When I have an issue with an adjustor he has always been there to help me thru the issue - he has even come down to take photos of my damaged car and deal with the adjuster. Greg and his staff are amazing.

Greg, La-Verne Mohoric and staff is the most friendliest, honest, caring insurance agent we have ever dealt with over the 46 years we've been buying insurance. We purchased our first home and elected to use Gregory Mohoric as our agent. Being first time homebuyers, we trusted that the coverage he sent us would be adequate to protect our home and the massive investment it represents. About a year later when our sump pump failed, we realized our error. Apparently he could have offered us additional policy coverage to protect against a loss of this magnitude but because he failed to exercise his due diligence or conduct a site visit, he didn't offer it to us and we had no idea such a thing even existed. We only found out after our claim was denied and the adjustor let us know that we should have had this coverage added to our policy. Absolutely do not recommend using this agent to protect your home or you might end up losing thousands of dollars like we did.
