Naomi and Caitlin were indispensable to our project. I live out of town so they were able to communicate with my builders, plumbers and our electrician for me. My electrician said that working with Naomi made his job so much easier as she had answers to his technical questions immediately. Our tile contractor said he wished his bathroom looked as great as ours. Quite the compliment!
Now that our project is finishing up, it is obvious how much care went into their suggestions for cabinetry, tile, hardware and lighting. It all came together in the perfect “beach house”

The best money we spent on our house remodeling project was the fees for Naomi’s work.

We completely rebuilt and redesigned at 1960 ranch-style house. Naomi was critical is helping us envision what the house could become: from low ceilings and many small rooms to a vaulted ceiling in a great room with wonderful connection to our outside space. She took our vague ideas and desires — uh, mid-century modern, take advantage of the wonderful back yard, open plan with privacy — and developed a theme for it all. Her expertise ranged from the big picture — totally reimagining what a bunch of little rooms could become — to the extremely detailed — why this particular type of fixture would be better than the other.

Naomi also connected us with incredible craftspeople for the actual work and she worked closely with them to make sure all questions were answered in a timely manner so as not to hold up construction, and well as make sure the myriad tiny construction decisions were made in accordance with the theme and level of quality we wanted. She spent many hours on site in all phases of construction and developed a good rapport with all the contractors.

Naomi was a joy to work with — knowledgeable and informative, able to winnow down the options to a few winners that we could then choose from. She has a definite point of view and is also a team payer willing to compromise and change to suit or desires, budget constraints or construction requirements.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have worked with Naomi and will definitely reach out to her the next time we are doing work on our home.
