Carol diplomatically transitioned me from my previous website, which had great functionality circa ... 2005, to a new web presence that is beautiful, comprehensive, intuitive and pleasurable for the visitor, and spectacularly easy for me to tweak, revise, and update as time goes by. We have been a client of Firestream Media since 2009, when Carol redesigned our website in Dreamweaver CS4 and CSS format. She helped us again in 2014 to create a website with responsive design using WordPress. The templates and training she provided have made it very easy for me to maintain the site. Carol is very knowledgeable about all facets of web development and is a great help whenever we need to add a new feature to our website. She is also great at video production, and created an excellent video for our 20th Anniversary celebration that really captured the history and accomplishments of our organization.
