The experience with FROST Law Firm went very well! We had Lawyer Jill Rakauski as our representative and she kept us updated on a regular basis. When we had in-person meetings she was present, not like other firms that do not attend. When we requested information, Jill responded in a timely fashion, explained to us so we understood. During the process all of the individuals we met treated us very well and never seemed talked down to us, which was helpful during the case process. I would recommend this Law Firm to others, and in Wisconsin highly recommend the Lawyer Jill Rakauski! I would like to extend a grateful Thank You to All the Staff that assisted in our case! Phoned in to inquire about the attorneys' percentage taken in the Camp Lejeune cases, as I'm unwilling to hand over 40+% as a result of the LIFE LONG injuries I sustained; & I expressed same.

Received a text days later stating they declined to take my case🤣🤣! Never provided case info nor made a decision to employ then. Undoubtedly proves they're dollar focused versus a genuine care, compassion or concern about my overall well-being!!! Below is the text conversation.

ADDENDUM

MONTHS later I get the below generic disingenuous response!

I DIDN'T ATTEMOT TO HIRE YOUR FIRM!!! I simply called to ask what percentage you ROBBED clients of and hung up after the response. You obviously have caller ID and that's how you were able to leave me the text stating you weren't taking the case.

Yes I've employed a wonderful team that only takes 25 REASONABLE percent!!
