Yesterday we took my Mom shopping for a bedroom set. Patrick was extremely helpful in finding what she needed. The store didn’t have the right style, sizes and colors. Patrick took the time to find the furniture from their online selection, and found the perfect set she absolutely loves! Helped her choose the perfect mattress and pillows tailored to their sleeping needs. Very professional and patient. Definitely recommend Furniture Row and Patrick! Great experience!!

Only reason they get 2 stars is because the staff is friendly. The furniture they sell at a premium price is Cheers which is a ManWah brand. We had a piece of the sectional that now won’t recline. Furniture row claims it is covered for three years and the manufacturer states it is only covered by a 1 year warranty. The furniture isn’t worth the price they charge. 14 months old and now is useless. 5k for a sectional that Cheers refuse to honor.

Waited 7 weeks for our furniture. Delivery drivers had literally the worst attitudes, did not want to be there. Table was broken, drivers had a bad attitude about taking it back. Won’t get a replacement for 2-4 more weeks. They just kind of threw thing onto the floor, did not set up like was suppose to.

Gary is amazing! A manager from a different Furniture Row promised a sales price, even wrote it on her business card. When I returned the price was not honored. I was on the verge of never going to Furniture Row ever again but decided to try texting through the online chat. Gary was very sympathetic to the situation and matched the price that I had been promised by the other manager. I will definitely purchase through Gary and this location of Furniture Row in the future. Big thank you to Gary for showing me that people still have honor and believe in customer service!

Came in a week ago and were looking at a set. We like to wait a little bit before making purchases. Came back and were able to order the pieces we were looking for . Also found a couple of occasional chairs that are going to blend very well with our new set.

Cameron was very polite and extremely helpful.

Dennis was extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Shipping was arranged easily within just a few days. Bought a leather couch and pretty lamp. Will return soon for dining table set as prices are excellent.

The store has a very nice selection of furniture. It is very clean. It is set up nicely, the displays are nice, but things are not so cluttered that it's difficult to navigate the store. The people are very helpful, very professional, and NOT pushy. They are happy to answer any questions you have. And they have great hours - even working people can have an opportunity to go in. And they offer delivery options - they will either take the furniture and drop it off for you where you want it in your house, or if you prefer, for an extra fee, they will totally set it up.
