I purchased a Nintendo switch 64g SD card within 24hrs ago and can't return the false advertisement. The SD card really contains 58.8 gigabytes not 64g. (My son was disappointed) I had asked about the return policy and was told. The package is open and can't be. The money would have went towards a different item within the store but it still doesn't matter. I just want what I paid for. I'll change this post if I can return it. It may be just defected or something

Poor service a game steering wheel and tried to exchange it back an hour later and they had us waiting over an hour to say we got to come back the next day and most likely they're not going to exchange it it looks like because of the steering wheel online is on clearance but the store sold it at full price to us but wouldn't exchange it back an hour later

The Cashier Jeremy did a great job & showed true customer service. He also helped me re-new my GS membership account when I had no idea it was about to close in a matter of day's. Great store & Excellent service. 5/5 A++

I've been going to this store for over ten years, and the service was excellent! This was until the last few visits, and yesterday was the worst. I walked in and directly walked to the spot that is usually the beginning of the line. The two girls were helping another customer, and neither of the two looked at me and told me that they would be with me.
When they finished with the customer, I was the only one in line, and one of the girls picked up her cell phone and was doing who knows what.
The other girl was standing there for some time, then looked at me with a puzzled look and asked if I had a question. Well, I had been standing in line for over five minutes.
I showed her a picture of a game that I was looking for and was informed that they did not have it in stock. With Ally and others, the next step would be to help find a location that had one in stock and then call the store to confirm that the game was there. And engage in small talk. This gal printed out a receipt with the locations and that was it.
I go to the Hilltop location because it is close to my house, but they are testing my loyalty.
Update 1/17/2020 / I called and asked for Ally (the GM) and was informed that she will not be in till next week. When the cat's away.....

Staff is very friendly and professional, great ppl.

Just wasted my morming trying to trade-in a ps4 because they dont have enough cash on hand in the mornings. I get that, but this seems like false advertising to claim you do trade-ins but only doing for set hours or depending on customer flow throughout the day.

Time wasted due to poor communication of store policies.

Won’t be going back to this Gamestop.

Great service.. but you can't return new things after they are opened. Well you can, but at a fraction of what you paid. Gave three because the guys working there are very helpful
