Wow! I am so impressed with the service provided by Don at Geek Elite. I was in need of fast assistance because my work computer went down. Don responded right away and with his great advice and help, he was able to get a new computer up and running that day. He also fixed my older computer by the next day! Wow! Don is professional and caring and smart! I highly, highly recommend him for all your computer needs! I will use his services again and again!

Don is not just good, HE IS AN EXCELLENT TECH!!! I have been working with PCs for over 40 years. I had a problem that my wife's PC and I could not fix. Passed it to Don and He found the solution and then fixed it a VERY SHORT time. This guy knows what he is doing abd his prices are super reasonable.

I called in today and spoke with Don because I was having issues with my laptop. Rather than trying to “sell” me, he gave me straight forward, honest advice. Very professional and a nice guy. If I ever have issues, I will be using their services!

Don is efficient, respectful and highly skilled! I have gone to Geek Elite Computer Services three times within the past year and each time Don has educated me (in terms I can understand) about the issue, given me a fair price for repair, and had my computer ready to go as soon as possible. He’s right in the neighborhood and is always my go-to!

Don is great! I have used him twice in the past couple of years. Once to replace an internet card that had gone bad, and recently he was able to fix a problem that happened after I intalled Windows 11 and it did not like a couple of drivers from my external hard drive. In the latter case he was able to remote in to my computer and explained over the phone, everything he was doing as he fixed the elusive problem. The first time, I called Don in desperation because my computer kept disconnecting from the internet. The extended warranty I'd purchased was useless, as I was talking to service dudes overseas who were obviously just checking off boxes on a sheet and understood little. They told me to wipe my whole computer and reinstall everything! So I called Don and after describing the problem he said "I think your internet card has just gone out". So glad I didn't attempt to wipe my computer!! Don is nice, knowledgable and his prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Need help with your computer? Look no further than Geek Elite Computer Services! ? My laptop decided to die today. RIP Dead? Dropped it off to Don at noon (on a Sunday!). He determined the motherboard was indeed toast, but was able to retrieve me all my needed files/data by 1:45pm. Absolute lifesaver! Super convenient, friendly and knowledgeable!

Omg! Don Stunoff is amazing and such a nice guy!!!! He helped with my Samsung Notebook laptop. I was trying to install my internal battery myself and for some reason I could not take out the small screws that the battery was attached to. I tried using the screwdrivers that the replacement battery came with and it just wouldn’t work. I even ordered a new set of screwdrivers from Amazon and that didn’t even do the trick either. The screws were just so tight. …I quickly searched on line to see if anyone can help me and I found Geek Elite, Don Stunoff. I called him and he was happily to help me. I went to see him right away and he instantly got to work and helped me, he even helped me put my new battery in! Thank you so much you Do, you definitely helped me in a bind.
