I placed an order last night online and spent about $240 on softball merch.

Went in around 4pm and the sales clerk asks me if I have an email confirmation for pick up and I told him I did not. He then explains that for pick up orders, it can take up to two weeks to fill.

Why does it take a store with merch up to two weeks to fill? Their website didn't explain this and that was why I chose not to have it shipped. Like any apparel store for pick up, they usually have your order ready within 24 to 48 hours not up to two weeks.

First/last time ordering from here, nothing personal but there should have been some type of disclaimer mentioning that pick up at the store does have a wait time up to "two weeks". I'm definitely not happy especially when my kid needs the merch for softball.

Brent and his team are one of the best in the business. We've been using him for jersey printing as well as shirts/sweatshirts and he has never disappointed.

His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They're well stocked with a ton of items, so if you're looking for athletic gear, come here to fulfill your needs!

Parking is super easy as they have a private lot and they're located right off of the freeway!

Wonderful shop for all your sports needs. Very knowledgeable staff who will answer questions with honest answers and recommendations. If you need further help, the owners are there almost every day.

This is Goetz Brother's new location. The parking is much better. The sales floor is bigger with a better selection. If you are shopping for your children and you have any questions, this is the place to go. All the sales people have many years of experience and can answer questions for all the major sports. This is so much better than going to one of those big stores where the sales people are either none existent or clueless about what you need.

Goetz Brothers is the BEST for all things sports! Family owned and operated! EVERYONE is helpful, knowledgable, and kind. They have a great selection, popular brands, and are always willing and able to assist and answer all questions. I would give Goetz 10 stars if I could! 🙂
