Unprofessional management. I was harassed today by a manager and customer when I took an item that was just set down. The manager followed me around the store attempted to pull it out of my hands and demanded I give the item to another person… He even claimed they would not let me purchase it and I would be stealing… calling me a thief… I was in shock and put the item down. However, this is unacceptable behavior from someone whose title is “manager” and failed greatly on managing a situation that was clearly within my right as a consumer.

The store is nice but as others have said the issue is with the increasingly large group that loiters there all day by the doors where they bring things out and block the non-regulars from even having a chance to look at anything new. Multiple times, I have been pushed out of the way when trying to look at an item by one of the resellers. I see the same group of people at these doors almost every time I visit. Multiple times I have watched the Goodwill workers bring out something nice and either directly hand it to one the resellers or set it down literally at their feet. This is a major issue at this store and such an issue that it feels unsafe to visit.

This store might be the best one around Charlotte. Goodwill is usually a hit and miss, but most of the time this place is a hit. The place is a little bit crowded, but the place is a good place to shop as there are many good things on this store.

The books section is not very good, but the decorations and the seasonal goods are excellent. Parking is a little bit tough but manageable. Place is clean and the employees, especially the one at the donation drop-off, are friendly.

This is another above average Good Will, this is the third time I come here looking for something I need and I don't want to pay a fortune for it in other department stores. I don't know how to explain what is the reason but without a doubt this unit has always provided me with great experience. One only detail is the entrance is a little confusing to find.

This is a good Goodwill store but like others have said a group will hang out by the doors and get the goods first! I spoke to one that said they resell the items!

Things are not organized, it's way too crowded how they have the layout. Most of the stuff is just junk.

This is normally a great Goodwill location however they recently increased their prices, and now I’m finding items that were cheaper when brand new. Store is fully of cheap brands at high prices

Pretty decent stuff and sometimes incredible finds: beautifully crafted garments in new or like-new condition, a book you've been wanting for ages, the perfect artwork for that empty wall... But some of the staff is occasionally rude as are managers. Pity.
