A wonderful place, I'm so grateful I was referred to them. A big thank you to Ebony, one of the case managers! Her attention to detail& perseverance with my paperwork were outstanding.

This center is run with compassion and great communication methods. Even after hours, if I had an urgent question and nobody was there to answer phones (cause they were closed) I was able to text someone and get an answer.
That's what I mean by great service, and they provide it. Thank you Greenbrook!!!

The staff, every single one, are caring, honest, people who are obviously invested in bringing positive change into their patients lives. I am so lucky to have found this provider.
