Pretty cool place. Lots of different types of products and really good prices. The people that work here are very helpful too. I arrived late in the day and instead of blowing me off and telling me to come back tomorrow they accommodated me and loaded 30,000 pounds on my trailer for Los Angeles destinations. And for a busy, productive place it's well laid out and easy to get in and out without backing up. Fun to watch what goes on too while the forklift operator loads the trailer.

If you leave your windows down, be prepared to fight off an army of flies.. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Wouldn't complain about being sent back here

Sitting here wait waiting to be loaded is just horrible they only have one loader... Except for when it's time to quit then there's five forklift drivers helping the regular loader 2 load your truck so they can all go home... it is a horrible place to be waiting for a shipment all day sometimes... They need to get another forklift driver to help with the loading duties

We were there to purchase bulk garden soil (potting mix). After you figure out what to do, in the order to do it. It is very easy. Just figuring out what to to, is the hardest part. First, you must get your truck weighed and let the clerk know which product you want. Then she tells you where to park. Gives you a slip of paper to show the loader operator. You wait, which isn't too long of a time. He asks you how much you would like to load. Then he fills it up. Cover your product and return to re-weigh vehicle and pay, with cash or credit. They produce all the dirt in bags at your local retailers. It's a great place with courteous employees.

We have bought Omni compost from Gro-Well for years. I have found it to be great for the gardens. Our produce has always turned out to be of excellent quality. The price is $34.50 per cubic yard. Very reasonable.

Hidden secret.

This is the best way to get soil on the down low. Very high quality at a good price. Can't say how good but it can not be beat by hardware or other garden stores.
Loaded straight from pile to truck and then home. Using it for garden soil in raised bed.
Don't let the dump next door fool you, its a great place to pickup soil, ground cover or wood chips.

REMEMBER to bring a tarp or cover if you take soil in your truck. Maricopa County dust complaince does not allow for it to be transported open on a vehicle uncovered. .
