I tried to take my computer for repair @ Heroes and Geeks. I choose them based on other reviews for their skill and service. Their hours on Google stated that they are open until 8pm which was convenient for me. However, I arrived at their office to find out that they won’t see you without an appointment. Their website did not make this clear. Also their techs leave @ 6 pm. What is the point of having hours until 8 if you can’t provide that service. I will take my business elsewhere.

These guys are the definition of AWESOME! If you are looking for a phone in Los Angeles, you wanna go there first. Unlike UbreakiFix prices, theirs are PRETTY low.

I broke my phone while visiting LA. It was 8 pm and I wasn't expecting them to be open but I was so lucky that they were. I did not have the budget but they offered a genuine price compared to the heavy cost I was about to incur with my insurance company. Not forgetting that I was going to wait for days before sprint could replace my phone in addition of losing my data. They repaired my phone in 20 minutes and it look like a brand new phone. That was just so cool, for a fraction of what I would pay in one of those big fancy stores. They were so nice and gave me all the time I needed.

I noticed their interactions with other customers; they were pretty cool and fun. Who doesn't want a cool phone repair anyway?

I have used Heroes ands Geeks for my personal and business laptops for nearly 2 years now. This review is long overdue, but I have to let people know that when I brought in my crashed personal laptop Isaac went far above and beyond. This laptop was only used for family photos, videos, etc. The hard drive was relatively new but was faulty. Isaac rebuilt my data from the lowest levels. Any other tech support would have said it was lost - but not Isaac. He was already committed to recovering my data, but when I told him I had photos from back in the day stored on there, he did not stop until he had ALL the data recovered. He asked me to come in for a consult so we could decide what to do and I could see in his eyes that he wanted to do everything he could to help me - and he took it on as his own personal project.

I cannot say enough. I now know Heroes and Geeks to be an efficient, affordable, dependable technology service for my business and my family - and Isaac’s personal effort was so far beyond ever being able to adequately pay or thank him for his help. I think he was as invested as I was in retrieving my family's history. This is the type of business we all want to work with.

Heroes and Geeks has been my go-to for computer help for the past 2 years. Any issue that comes up, from an uncooperative scanner to my system being slowed to a crawl by malware, an e-mail Heroes and Geeks brings a no-fail resolution within 24 hours. Sometimes I make up a big list, and they come to my home office, spend an hour, and everything is fixed! It's my own personal IT team. In addition, I know I'll have honest, informative and good-humored communications with them.

Their service is far superior to the other IT services in the area that I've tried - with whom I end up with a few issues fixed ... and some new problems added.

My next project with Heroes and Geeks is Email Server migration to Office 365 Business Suite. I have peace of mind because I know Isaac and his team has it covered.

I highly recommend them. Give them a try and you will not be dissappointed.

Heroes and Greeks does an amazing job tackling whatever problem that arises and provides first class customer service. My experience with them was excellent as I went to them to fix the issue causing me to have problem hearing the other person on my phone. These guys are awesome & fast!!

Went to BestBuy cuz they sold me 2 Brand New "defective" Gigabyte motherboards which they installed both times on my all new pc i built & after the 2nd time they replaced it they sent me home with a non-working pc & refunded my service money because they couldn't figure out they installed a 2nd Defective same motherboard, so after searching all of SF i found this nice Repair Shop & the awesome guy in there by the 2nd day had my 3rd New Beast Gaming Asus motherboard installed & everything reattached all back together all with in 2 days & did what Best Buy's geek squad couldn't do in a month & a half, which was to get my all new PC I hand picked each component installed & to get it to work, which he did perfectly & really fast.

Fantastic company. We just received our new Windows Server 2016 these guys (Isaac) got us set up and stream-lined in no time. I have since had to work through a few problems as I got a new interface . All in all were always prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind.
