I have to say that overall my experience so far in purchasing a 5th wheel from Happy Daze has been positive. They gave us a competitive price for the unit and even beat other store's offer for our trade-in. Our salesman Rick worked to get us the deal we were after and the Harley was open and helpful during the PDI. Naturally there are always small issues that need to be fixed and Ed has been helpful in keeping things moving. I did have a small issue with the finance department and after speaking with Mike, the manager, he listened to our concerns and made sure we were happy with the solution. I look forward to working with them in the future and encourage others to go see Mike C. and his staff for their RV/trailer needs.

I just purchased an Imagine Aim 14ms and picked up yesterday. I absolutely love the trailer and Jason in sales was great as were the service guys. When it was time to leave there was some type of miscommunication on the requested installation of some equipment, I had thought it was included in the final price but it had not been. Thanks to Mike the sales manager and the service manager they made it right. I will be back for any and all maintenance and repairs required!

Bought our 303RLS from our salesperson Jason. Love that they are close to home and have given us amazing after the purchase support.

Caroline has been AWESOME in the sevice department. She remembers my name and gets whatever issue I have taken care of. Great communication makes you feel like you're the most important customer. She's a pleasure to work with.

Since May, we've put close to 4,000 miles on our Grand Design Reflection . If you go in to browse, tell Jason we say hello.

I picked up our 5th wheel yesterday due to an issue with the kitchen slide. The weight of the refrigerator caused welds to break, supporting the side wall. Grand Design covered the work along with replacing a leaking skylight over the shower. It's now home ready for our next adventure.

I purchased a Reflection 303 RLS last year from Happy Daze RV in Rippon. We are very pleased with it and have enjoyed using it many times during the year. I recently had the opportunity to discuss some small items that needed care with both the Service Manager and the Sales Manager. I must say that service is not dead, but alive and well at Happy Daze! Both these gentleman are professional and great to work with.

I brought my class B RV (van) in today to have some rework done (no fault of the Ripon location). I thought I had to drop off and let them work on it during the week but they were able to do the repair while I waited. Such as pleasant surprise! Bernard (service contact) and Harley (the tech) were very attentive and did a great job. Super impressed! Thank you!

If you guys want to buy a brand new RV from this dealer who doesn't take care of customers after selling, (Their delivery list doesn't mean anything to them! ) go ahead and buy from them. Their service department didn't fix my issues on a brand new RV I bought from them. I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.

**UPDATE: Mike the sales manager went out of his way and went to the dealership after hours to call me and make it right. Mike has excellent customer service and we will be purchasing our new trailer through him. Thank you Mike!

I had a really unfortunate experience with James.
I called hoping to trade in our 5th wheel for a trailer they had in stock.
After negotiating a price, I asked for an out the door number on the new trailer.
James told me he needed a down payment and that my credit card would be charged before giving me an exact price.
He preceded to tell me that he didn't want me getting off the phone to call and check with my husband, and that "this is not how this works".
He feared I was comparing prices with another dealer and that he was "wasting his time".
As the conversation went on, he got louder and continued to talk over me before eventually hanging up on me after I told him I won't be doing business with them now since he was such a jerk.

The finance manager called me afterwards to apologize and try to make it right which was appreciated but they certainly lost my business.

I did not end up buying our trailer from here but Bob was a great help to us. Had we not found a better deal out of state, we would have purchased here.
