I called Harvard Print and Copy with a rush print job, 10 minutes before closing and in a serious jam. Marc, the owner, was beyond courteous and accommodating. He took the job and stayed until 9:40p and even offered to deliver it to where we needed it to be that night! Talk about a company that goes above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this business and would give them a 10 star rating if that was an option.

We utilized Marc's services at Harvard Copy for a very large binder project for a clinical study in the UK. We had a quick turnaround time and his team had to make over 100 binders, with special tabs, documents, dividers, etc. It was a massive endeavor. The other company we looked at were unable to build the complete project for us since it required special specs (A4 paper and 4 hole punch). Marc had no problem acquiring all the supplies we needed for this job. He met our deadline and added in some extras along the way (driving to us multiple times and dealing with last minute changes on our end). It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his team and we plan to utilize them in the future. Thank you!
